I received the GameCube. It works well and I've been able to replay the few games I found in a cupboard. Yes, it stings a bit (graphically) compared to New Gen consoles, but you get used to it. Sloppy packaging, a missing video cable and an unoriginal controller. However, the photo on the seller's page clearly showed an official controller, which is misleading and unacceptable. What's more, the console has numerous scratches, despite being advertised as being in 'very good condition'. This is clearly not the case. To make matters worse, the console was dirty, with stains everywhere. I had to clean it myself. The only positive point is that the console works... although this remains to be seen over time. For a price of 150 euros, which is much more expensive than the GameCube that you can find on eBay for 30 euros, it's a shame to find that your product is incomplete. These consoles on eBay usually include all the necessary cables and accessories, which was not the case here. Between the misleading description, the lack of a cable and the unofficial controller, a minimum of effort should have been made. It's a real shame...

The delivery was perfect, the delivery was fast. However, the product does not correspond 100% with the description. The condition of the item was not optimal, although it works, it has significant external damage and the door opening button for the disc is broken. I will have to have it repaired. It is not 100% reconditioned.

Hello, Do you check all so-called "refurbished" items? Because I've just received my Nintendo Gamecube in a terrible state, it's a disgrace, the product isn't in a "good state" it's in total disrepair, the buttons are stuck, a "dust" or whatever it is is wandering around the console and several metal parts are oxidised! I'm still waiting for an order, and if it's in the same condition, I'm banning backmarket for life!

Scope of delivery was not as described (very popular accessories were missing). The minor reimbursement of costs after previously time-consuming processing with changing contact persons could no longer restore customer satisfaction.

Delivered on time, console in the condition described, works perfectly. Very well protected in the packaging.
