Second purchase of a refurbished smartphone, and it's the same satisfaction: on the one hand you can afford a higher range than a new product, but on top of that you're doing the planet a favour by avoiding the pollution of new production. However, I'd recommend doing your homework on the test sites beforehand, so that you can match the offer on BackMarket with the capacities you want on the test sites. In this respect, the Edge 20 lite is a very good choice: the photo function is superior to the norm, the battery lasts even on occasion (provided you adjust the screen settings properly, in particular), it has an SD card slot and a jack, and above all it runs up to Android 13 (which means it's Android Auto compatible - my old Galaxy A5-2016 was in 6.0 and so didn't work with it!) The screen is also very good. There are a few minor criticisms, however, including the lack of any option to deactivate fast charging (which puts more strain on the battery than slow charging), the phone's size, which is starting to get large, and the aggressiveness of the pre-installed apps. What's more, the phone's previous owner had clearly never heard of screen protectors. XD But honestly, a refurbish...

Good product, perfect condition, delivered in its original box, with charger for fast charging. Received quickly. But price a bit high for refurbished vs new currently available in a well known brand. And the phone came from Estonia: not very green... But hey, I played the second hand game!

Extremely fast delivery! Ordered on Wednesday evening, arrived on Saturday. This laptop is like new and comes with its charger. An extra surprise, it comes with a protective case. Well done to the reconditioner! Just one comment, but it concerns the manufacturer and Back Market: This laptop can carry 2 SIM cards and an SD card can be inserted. However, it should be specified that it is either 2 SIM cards or one SIM card and one SD card. It is not possible to insert 2 SIM cards + an SD card.

The phone I ordered was in very good condition, perfect in every way, but when I tried to configure it, I realised that it was a professional phone and that I couldn't use it even if I reset it. I decided to send it back and have it replaced if possible. With no real 'human' customer service, I was worried, but in the end I was reimbursed very quickly without anyone contesting my verdict! The lack of customer service with real people bothers me but I was easily and quickly refunded. I hope this is the case in general! All in all, a perfect experience for me.

The refurbished smartphone I ordered from backmarket arrived quickly and in good condition as advertised. It's a refurbished one and it works very well, so nothing to say from this point of view, my goal of a more environmentally friendly purchase is achieved. The only downside is that it would be nice to add a link to the product's user manual and to include an option in the price for the purchase of a case that matched the smartphone well. Basically selling a complete solution.

The phone is not bad, although when it was sent to me it should come with screen protectors and casing type, because on the third day after receiving it, I dropped it and it broke the screen, it still works well because it has only been on one side, the phone is resistant I can say; I have put a Gel screen protector. The only bad thing I can see is that the cameras protrude a lot and that, when you leave the phone resting on it, causes it to dance and you can't write well... The phone came only with a charging cable, no headset or headphones...

I think that providing a charger adapted to the phone would be an appreciable plus. I'm aware that this would involve an additional cost for you, but it would really be a nice gesture on your part.
