The product I'd great in terms of external quality, delivery was very quick and the product for the most part runs smoothly. The battery life however is poor.

On the whole, it works well, even if a wear level of 10% is rather high for a tablet that's barely two years old. It heats up, but it does the job. Having said that, the tablet was truly filthy, the jinx of dirty/greasy hands use was still present on receipt all over the periphery, which says a lot about what has really been done to it by way of 'reconditioning'... For each device, and especially under Windows, it's very easy to recover the number of hours it's been running. In my case, 5600 hours, or two years of continuous use 12 hours a day, is a lot! If I'd known this before buying it, I clearly wouldn't have bought it at that price. I'll have to wait and see, though, as the warranty is only valid for so long. It's still a quality Microsoft product, so I'm not worried. But all this is neither pro nor very correct. As for the rest, it works fine and apart from the big dent in the chassis, I haven't seen any other problems. It comes with a Surface stylus (2017 model, but that's still nice, even if the battery is hs). However, I would have preferred a clean tablet with more transparency rather than a stylus, although I note the intention.

I was a little nervous about ordering refurbished, but I was pleasantly surprised. The device itself is spotless. The BIOS password, which I was worried about because there's no way to clear it, was not set. And it came with the type cover / keyboard, which I wasn't expecting. Windows 11 pro was preinstalled and set up to run the first boot setup on power-on. Altogether a perfect experience.

I’m very pleased with this refurbished Surface and glad that my older Surface keyboard fitted and works well. I got a newer version as battery drained too quickly and needed Windows 11. This works perfectly. Great refurbished product rated fair but all good.
