I received my Surface 3 10" very quickly and very well packaged. I'd chosen it in average condition, so I wasn't surprised that the outside showed a few light traces of rubbing and glue, but these didn't in any way affect its operation, which was just as I'd expected. I highly recommend buying recycled equipment from Back Market.

I've been using it for a while now and it's a great product, but I'm not sure how to use it. One small downside though: I was expecting to find the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) on this Surface 3 as I originally had it on my Surface RT (without having to pay a subscription) which has become obsolete since Microsoft has abandoned Windows 8.1. Note that the keyboard of my old Surface RT fits very well on the Surface 3, even if it is a bit smaller; so it doesn't pause the machine when you fold it down. It's now Microsoft 365, which isn't a problem in itself, but what is a problem is that you can only use it online and the files are only stored on OneDrive! I always use an external HD for my files (the USB port on the Surface was useful before), but I'm stuck. Do you have any tips on how to work with the internal HD or a USB stick? The computer was well received, WITH keyboard and charger. Stickers were stuck on the keys to make it AZERTY, so the backlight does not work. The keyboard is a bit worn, especially the fabric. The tablet has no scratches and some impact, but nothing annoying. The battery seems to hold well. Arrived with Windows 10 installed. Switching between computer and tablet works very well. For the price, it's great!

I'm quite happy with my purchase but I would have preferred a stronger charger than a USB c cable but oh well.

Je dois avouer que c'est le premier produit Microsoft que j'achète, et c'est une belle surprise. Associée à un clavier d'origine (trouvé sur un autre site, produit rare apparemment) cette surface remplit parfaitement son rôle: la prise de notes en amphi.
