5/5Great service. I've ordered regular DHL delivery and it has been sent with an express. I received a Macbook within 3 days. Mac is in excellent condition visually and performance-wise as advertised. However, keys w and x work quite hard and had to be pressed quite strongly to get them working. Overall, great. 3/5Ordered a Macbook Pro Core i7, received it in 2 days, great delivery by DHL courier, but sadly and frustratingly it wasn't i7 which obviously i paid more for, it was core i5 and it didn't have an SSD drive as it was supposed to have. 4/5J’ai reçu mon MacBook Pro hier. Physiquement, rien à dire il est vraiment comme neuf, je l’ai eu en « très bon état » rien à dire, écran comme neuf. Parfait. Clavier impeccable, l’intérieur aussi il ne beugue pas n’est pas lent, pour un reconditionné de 2015 il est top Après quelque petit soucis, à l’arrivée le vendeur m’a mis le mauvais câble d’alimentation, je n’ai pas pu m’en servir immédiatement ce qui est frustrant Le vendeur décide de m’en renvoyer un, mais j’ai du quand même me rendre chez Apple à 19h pour finalement en acheter un… à 85 balles! Je ne pouvais pas attendre encore plusieurs jours juste pour un câble sachant que j’avais des choses administrative à faire. Second problème, la batterie !! Elle est censée être neuve non?? J’ai respectée exactement la procédure à suivre au départ pour prendre soin de ma batterie, sachant en plus que mon chargeur est d’origine Apple et neuf! Et bien cette nuit je le débranche à 100%, je regardais un film en streaming, je me couche le Mac est à 80%, au réveil j’écoute juste un peu de musique sur YouTube, et en 1h je me retrouve à 4%…. Bref la batterie ne tiens vraiment pas !!!!
