It works perfectly.

It arrived in two days, as stated on the website. It matches the product as described and was packaged as if it were new. Everything in the box, even the plastic. I loved the protection on the Mac mini's rear ports to stop dirt getting in. In a word, PERFECT! Just like new and much cheaper.

frankly I am more than happy to have acquired this new piece of jewellery I had ordered a minimac from another seller who cancelled the order but despite everything another seller sent me the same item that I had selected previously I can only recommend the delivery was rather fast everything arrived in one piece I am more than delighted

Impeccable item, as advertised. Very fast delivery. It is reconditioned, but like new. I got a top-notch computer at a bargain price, clearly unbeatable compared to new. What's more, a reconditioned device is always a good thing for the planet.

I received this MacMini, in its original packaging, never used, since the black adhesive strip masking the connectors was still stuck, the MacMini packaged, like a new product. So I received a refurbished Apple model, in completely new condition and packaging! I couldn't have hoped for better!

After a few days, I can say that the computer is working well for the moment. Time will tell. Like others, I regret the slightly light packaging. I'd already bought 2 Macbook Pros from BackMarket in the past and we always received the computers in their original boxes (the same goes for the phones). Here the Mac mini was boxless and wrapped in bubble wrap, which is a bit unfortunate for this type of product, but it's a detail.

At the moment the mac mini 2023 with MacOS Sequoia is behaving very well. It has been running since I took it out of the box (12/05/2025), it heats up very little and the 24GB of memory is a luxury. I bought it for security, because its predecessor (mac mini 2014) could no longer be upgraded to a MacOS version with maintenance because it was no longer supported by the hardware... I hope this new Mac will also last me 10 years.
