Best buy in my whole life. Price was a fraction compared to new one, but most importantly, it looks, works and feels like a brand new one. there is not a single scratch, not even around usb or any other ports. First bought second hand one from Amazon, 6 keys on the keyboard didn't work and HDMI port also. sent it back and still waiting for refund. I'm regretting not finding Back Market 1st. If my next purchase will also be that good, I'll praise Back Market even more... And by the way, shipping from Denmark to Ireland, right after new year in 3 days, that was really appreciated after Amazon Christmas experience...👍

The condition of the Laptop was really great for the grade. Just one scratch on the front. What a great experience, bought on the weekend and delivered on Tuesday.

Laptop was in very good conditions, although could have been a bit cleaner. There was a piece of fingernail stuck in the heatsink... also this is a French laptop, that means, windows in French and French keyboard. Cannot change windows language without upgrading to pro. Now, this is ok, but just be aware of it. All in all a good machine at a reasonable price.

A minor scratch on the surface, and the battery runs out fast; however this is to be expected with the high specs of this laptop.

It's early to assess performance properly, but so far I'm impressed with how well kept and clean is it and the responsiveness according to the processor. It feels like new. Thank you!

So far so good. Bought the week of Holy Week so it is very recent. But amazing experience so far. I hope it keeps going like this hehe.

Laptop had some greasy smudge marks on the back, looked like it could've used a once-over cleaning, but otherwise a great deal for a fully functioning, solid laptop!
