Hello first, so the delivery was in the house on the letterbox with the note: Delivery made. I came home in the evening and luckily found the ipod still there. The next thing I knew, the entire playlist of the previous owner was on the iPod. I was allowed to format it first. Hello, the product I received does not correspond at all to the photo. I have an iPod nano without a screen. I haven't taken it out of its packaging, I want to return it and have you send me the voucher. Thank you for ruining my son's birthday!

IPod entsprach der Beschreibung! Der IPOD wurde vom Vorbesitzer nicht zurückgesetzt! Auch bei der sogenannten "Refurbish Überprüfung" wurde das nicht durchgeführt! Auf aktuellen Softwarestand wurde auch nicht geupdatet. Wenn alle F-Checks so durchgeführt werden - dann können sie es auch lassen! Ist dann doch nur für Werbezwecke! Zum IPod wurden Kopfhörer mitgeliefert! Bei diesen löste sich nach 2 Tagen in Verwendung die Lötstelle im Ohrteil! Die Reklamation wurde abgelehnt! Als Begründung wurde angegeben, das zur Vermeidung von Elektroschrott keine Kopfhörer mitgeliefert werden! Wenn ihr Euch die Schrottvermeidung auf die Fahnen schreibt - dann legt doch bitte keine minderwertigen Teile mit dazu! Dann spart ihr dem Käufer auch die Enttäuschung über die Ablehnung der Reklamation und der Umwelt die Entsorgung!!
