As expected, zero issues.

This is the 9th iPhone I've bought on the site and frankly it's top notch. This iPhone was ordered in "correct condition" and frankly like new with a 100/100 battery. The best Best refurbished product site It's a shame the site doesn't offer a loyalty card, something to think about 😉

The purchase was perfect. It was not the first one and I can't complain about any of them. The product arrived in perfect condition and works perfectly. To date we are delighted with the result of our decision to opt for the reconditioned product.

I was a bit reluctant to order a refurbished phone. Well I am not disappointed, no problem the grade given to the phone is well respected the battery is perfect and no problem with the camera for the moment.

I've got into the habit of taking apart all the smartphones I buy reconditioned. There were some screws missing from the plate that protects the screen battery sockets... Having already had iPhone Xs, I have a few spare parts, so I put in a good battery (the one in place was of poor quality) and put in the screws that were missing.

Hello the iPhone X was delivered in a perfectly secure package after opening it had no scratches.  I put it on, it works wonderfully.I checked the capacity of the battery it is 100% the phone works very well since that day bravo successful reconditioning and I thank you I do not regret my purchase. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered the refurbished IPhone X with a new battery. Great! Everything works perfectly and the battery holds well. However, there was no plug for the charger, just a cable.

This is the first time I have purchased a refurbished product and I was quite sceptical! Instead, I received an iPhone X like new, and beautifully packaged... I will definitely be back market shopping again!

I bought a refurbished iPhone X. The phone is fine and in good condition but I’m disappointed with the battery life which is pretty poor and as bad as my old phone (I was hoping for an improvement on that front!). I’ll probably have to buy a new battery as really struggling with this one but in general my experience with Back Market was very good and I’d use them again for refurbished electronics.
