Does what it is supposed to!

my only regret is that i bought it with an ipad (with a usb C plug) that i thought was equipped with a lightning plug for iphone This being the case, it will come in handy I'm sorry I wasn't guided in my choice

The sector is 100% functional. It's a pleasure, especially as the loading time is relatively short.

It arrived quickly, on time, and the charger works well. The charger actually has two plugs and not just one as it looked in the picture: it has a USB-C plug (25W) and a USB-A plug (18W) next to it. Very practical because it's so light and small. Probably as a result of this, the plastic of the charger gets quite hot when it's charging.

Charger plug received on time, nothing to complain about.

I ordered it on Monday night and it arrived today, Friday morning. I got a model I didn't order; the plug came with double holes, one with 20W USB-C and the other with 18W USB-A. The cable arrived fine; Lightning cable. I tested it to see if it would meet the fast charge which, according to Apple, with the 20W fast charge the phone reaches 50% in 30 minutes, and it did, indeed. I charged the phone when it was at 12%, and in 30 minutes the phone reached 68%, I was very surprised. Everything is perfect so far. The only "downside" is the plug, which didn't come with one hole, but with two, but I'm not complaining either.

The power supply unit is of very good quality and is very suitable for travelling due to its small size, especially as 2 mobile devices can be charged at the same time. The packaging was not ideal - the plastic bag was almost completely torn open and the two cardboard boxes for the cable and power supply unit were completely crushed.

After a day's use, the phone tip broke off and the charger doesn't work. I have to use my old charger! How do I return the equipment for an exchange? Best regards Véronique from Miribel

It's a good quality, charging my iPhone 13 pm like apple announced 50 % in just 30 minutes, 78 % in one hour ,full charge about 1 hour 40 minutes .
