Excellent quality

The condition of my order is supposed to be “good”, but I’m sure what i received is less than “correct”. It’s “genuinely displeasing”. I understand if the battery capacity is 85 , i expected it to be 89-90 however i was disappointed in that regard. Physical condition : i know this phone is old so the scratches are forgivable, but the speakers doesn’t have to be clogged with so much dirt. The speakers are indeed clogged with so much dirt for a phone of this condition. Thanks.

Battery not good,without plug

Just bought this iPhone 8. Arrived very quickly, condition is better than expected. Battery capacity is 88% 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Everything works perfectly and for this price it was definitely worth it.

Perfect delivery time. The only downside was that the phone's touchscreen didn't work straight away. I contacted the retailer who refurbished the phone, who was very responsive but didn't really try to help me and instead judged the fact that I had chosen "long delivery" (I didn't even know this was possible, probably a careless error on my part) and that "customer service normally responds within 24 hours and I replied to you in two minutes, so sorry, the deadline has passed". I had to find out for myself how to switch off the phone with a touch that wasn't working. Fortunately it worked afterwards, but I hope there are no other problems with the screen... The shopkeeper who refurbished the phone didn't offer to make any commercial gesture and took the liberty of judging me as I said above. And I don't intend to contact him again except to send the phone back if there are any more problems. This is the first time I've bought a refurbished phone, and it was for my mum, so I'm really pleased with Back Market's communication. But I'd be careful about the retailer who refurbishes the products next time. Thank you

I was very happy to discover my new phone and very satisfied with its condition. I felt like I'd bought a brand new phone! After a few weeks of use, I can see that the phone works perfectly. The only slight downside, in my opinion, would be the fact that the shipping box was also the phone's box. I think it's a great idea to combat waste and help preserve our planet, but I would have appreciated it if the phone had been wrapped in bubble wrap inside the box instead of a very thin plastic sleeve. I will continue to buy refurbished phones in the future though! :)

I wanted to buy this phone as a second phone, I am not really disappointed with this refurbished iPhone 8 except that when I type on the keyboard very often it does not press on the letter I want so it destroys my throw me who is a person who writes quickly.

It is the first time I buy something reconditioned, and it has been perfect, super fast shipping and perfect mobile, It was for my daughter and she is delighted. I bought an iPhone 8 with very good condition and so it was, not a scratch, so far everything perfect.
