I have had my iphone 8 256GB for two months. It is working without problems, but you cannot insert any SD card in the iphone. Also you cannot make zoom on the camera if you are taking a selfie or recording with selfie camera. And the ICloud is really annoying. It asks you to buy more space when you actually have 256GB. Out of this, in two months it has not given me any extern problem and I look forward to remain with a good, not flawed refurbished phone.

Perfect delivery time. The only downside was that the phone's touchscreen didn't work straight away. I contacted the retailer who refurbished the phone, who was very responsive but didn't really try to help me and instead judged the fact that I had chosen "long delivery" (I didn't even know this was possible, probably a careless error on my part) and that "customer service normally responds within 24 hours and I replied to you in two minutes, so sorry, the deadline has passed". I had to find out for myself how to switch off the phone with a touch that wasn't working. Fortunately it worked afterwards, but I hope there are no other problems with the screen... The shopkeeper who refurbished the phone didn't offer to make any commercial gesture and took the liberty of judging me as I said above. And I don't intend to contact him again except to send the phone back if there are any more problems. This is the first time I've bought a refurbished phone, and it was for my mum, so I'm really pleased with Back Market's communication. But I'd be careful about the retailer who refurbishes the products next time. Thank you

Bought a refurbished iPhone 8 64GB it was a grade A and it was in immaculate condition. Had excellent communications from the back market every step of the way. The package was sent speedily via Royal Mail and it arrived sooner than I expected considering. I highly recommend Back Market and I would definitely buy again. I bought this iPhone 8 64GB (Perfect condition) two years ago (January 2022), and it is still functional and operational as good as new. I really can't see the difference with a new phone, it's perfect, the battery still holds a charge very well. Since then, I've decided never to buy a new phone again. Especially as it's good for our planet, which is out of breath as a result of mass industry. If I could buy all my electronic products refurbished, I'd do it with joy, it's good for the planet and for my wallet too of course.

It's been 3 years since I bought my refurbished iPhone 8 here, so delighted with my purchase overall, I'm ordering again to renew my phone, it's my spouse who will continue with the iPhone 8 still in very good condition in every respect. Thank you 🙏☺️

I ordered this IPhone 8 as a Christmas present for my daughter (I gave it to her before because her old phone was hs) and I have to say that so far it works perfectly well.Visual condition like new.To be seen over time.In any case, I'm very happy with this purchase and from now on I'll buy reconditioned if necessary.Thank you BackMarket.
