Nothing to say I ordered it in perfect condition and it arrived as new no scratches, 100% battery, with a protective shell and cable, I am very satisfied, at first I apprehend for the battery and that the screen is not original, but everything is nickel, that's why it must be checked. I am very pleased with the quality of the battery and the screen. Thank you backmarket.

I am very pleased. I had the impression of receiving a brand new phone, apart from the packaging of course, but the packaging was very clean and the phone was well protected. My expectations are more than met. I hope that in the long term I will not have any problems but I do not doubt I recommend this refurbisher 360 solution Madrid.

Over the moon with my purchase of the iPhone 12 Pro Max! I previously had an 11 pro max but needed more storage so the 12 pro max was the next perfect choice. Using backmarket was quick, easy and hassle free! Delivery only took a few days. I kept the cost down by accepting minor cosmetic damage but the phone looks brand new! I couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t 100% recommend using backmarket to anyone looking for used like new/ refurbished mobiles and I will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Lovely refurbished iphone 12 pro max in blue and can say theres not a mark on th screen or even a scratch on th body highly recommend buying than paying th price new, My son thought it was brand new with its condition couldnt tell th difference will defo be buyin again from these 👍🏼

So I have a disability, this has left me bed bound and I heavily rely on my phone to call for help when it's needed. I brought a refurbished one off Amazon, but it caused me so many problems. So after reading the reviews from customers on here i thought I would give it ago. I'm happy the delivery was very quick. And the phone is in good condition. The only things I can say is I ordered a pacific blue colour iPhone 12 Pro Max and I received white, and the battery health is at 87% but these aren't massive issues

I am super satisfied with the purchase, I ordered it with a good battery health (85%) and it arrived to me with a 100% health besides arriving with a hydrogel screen valued at 20€, the truth is that I loved it and I am totally sure that I will trust you again for another mobile phone.

It is the second iPhone in excellent condition that I buy, pro Max exactly in pristine condition original box that seems to have bought new once again I am surprised again back market, safe company and guaranteed quality ... thank you
