The phone is working really good but I bought it with a new battery and is not running as I thought

Looks and work as new, 89% battery. Very satisfied

It is the second terminal that I buy with the same characteristics as the previous one. It is in perfect condition both aesthetically and battery and even performance. It's worth giving a second life to phones like this that for me are ten. Five stars for Back Marquet and five stars for the phone. I would buy again without any hesitation.

Thanks to Back Market and Reborned Very happy with my iPhone. Like new, with a protective glass as a bonus. Battery capacity at 100%, from Apple I guess as no warning message. The box was perfectly adapted, and I didn't find any problem apart from the battery which discharges quickly (which I think is fine) but that's the problem with new or reconditioned iPhones! So thank you :')

Hello, I am very satisfied with my purchase. To be honest, this is the first time I have ordered from Back Market. I had previously bought a refurbished iPhone from one of your online competitors and that experience was a disaster. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my iPhone 11 Pro in perfect condition, well packaged and the icing on the cake: 100% battery health 🤗 ! Thank you to Back Market for your seriousness and to the refurbisher 👍🏻

Ordered a refurbished iPhone 11 pro. The phone came from Phones Direct in one of their boxes and was packaged well. To be fair the phone was as described and in excellent condition no scratched or marks on the case or screen, in fact it looked like a brand new phone. I haven't had an iPhone before because I usually use Samsung but I loved the phone and tried it for ten days, unfortunately it kept shutting down and starting back up for no reason, hence the 4*. This happened about six times that I know of in the ten days I had it, while web browsing and also during a phone call and a WhatsApp call. I suspect it was happening more often when I was not actually using it and I did not know. Rather than fuss about with repairs I've sent it back for a refund because it is well within the 30 days and I did not want to lose my right of a refund. The returns process was simple and I've just had a message to say that it's been delivered back to them, so now I'm just waiting for my refund. To be honest I think I was just unlucky this time so as soon as my refund hits my bank account I'll try again and order another one to replace it, maybe a different colour to make sure I don't get the sam...

Could not be happier! I liked my iPhone 11 pro I had for 4 years and still think the camera on the 11 pro is superior to the 15 pro, especially for the kind of images I take. So, to get one refurbished that had no scratches on either the front or the back and as far as I can tell works perfectly - is a revelation! Delivery was prompt as well and I can't see myself ever going back to buying new. 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you!!

The IPhone 11 Pro phone I bought at the beginning of December doesn't seem to work very well on speakerphone: the sound is choppy for the caller. However, it's a phone I chose in "very good condition" after reconditioning, and therefore not the cheapest. I'll keep an eye on it, and hope it holds up well over the next few years. On the other hand, I'd like to point out that Back Market responds and handles disputes extremely quickly, which is a plus for them. That said, some refurbishments (depending on the supplier, I presume) are not sufficiently checked.

iPhone 11 Pro Silver 256 GB Great !!! Received a little early, I've had it for two days now and no problems so far. There are 4/5 chances of finding the right reconditioned phone. The people who are dissatisfied are all mainly on the 1/5. The battery supports up to 96% which is also great! Have a nice day !!!
