Pour être sincère, c’est la première fois que je commande sur Back Market. j’avais précédemment acheté un iPhone reconditionné chez l’un de vos concurrents en ligne et cette expérience a été une catastrophe. J’ai été agréablement surprise de recevoir mon iPhone 11 Pro dans un état irréprochable, bien emballé et petite cerise sur le gâteau : un état de santé de batterie à 100% 🤗 !     Ordered a refurbished iPhone 11 pro. The phone came from Phones Direct in one of their boxes and was packaged well. To be fair the phone was as described and in excellent condition no scratched or marks on the case or screen, in fact it looked like a brand new phone. I haven't had an iPhone before because I usually use Samsung but I loved the phone and tried it for ten days, unfortunately it kept shutting down and starting back up for no reason, hence the 4*. This happened about six times that I know of in the ten days I had it, while web browsing and also during a phone call and a WhatsApp call. I suspect it was happening more often when I was not actually using it and I did not know. Rather than fuss about with repairs I've sent it back for a refund because it is well within the 30 days and I did not want to lose my right of a refund. The returns process was simple and I've just had a message to say that it's been delivered back to them, so now I'm just waiting for my refund. To be honest I think I was just unlucky this time so as soon as my refund hits my bank account I'll try again and order another one to replace it, maybe a different colour to make sure I don't get the sam...

    Could not be happier! I liked my iPhone 11 pro I had for 4 years and still think the camera on the 11 pro is superior to the 15 pro, especially for the kind of images I take. So, to get one refurbished that had no scratches on either the front or the back and as far as I can tell works perfectly - is a revelation! Delivery was prompt as well and I can't see myself ever going back to buying new. 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you!!

    Le téléphone IPhone 11 Pro acheté début décembre semble mal fonctionner sur haut parleur : le son arrive haché à l'interlocuteur. C'est pourtant un téléphone choisi en "très bon état" de reconditionnement, et donc pas le moins cher. A suivre, en espérant qu'il tienne bien la route sur plusieurs années. Par contre, je tiens à préciser que Back Market répond et gère les litiges extrêmement rapidement, un plus pour eux. Ceci dit, certains reconditionnements (selon les fournisseurs je présume) ne sont pas assez vérifiés.

    iPhone 11 Pro Argent 256 Go Génial !!! Reçu un peu en avance, cela fait deux jours que je l’ai et aucun problème jusque là. Il y a 4/5 chances de tomber sur le bon téléphone en reconditionné. Les personnes insatisfaites sont toutes principalement tombées sur les 1/5. L batterie supporte jusqu’à 96% ce qui est également génial ! Bonne journée à vous !!!

    Je viens de recevoir le colis avec 4 jours d’avance avec un mail me prévenant que la livraison a bien été effectuée. Heureusement car je l’ai trouvé dans ma boîte aux lettres. En effet, ne pensant pas recevoir le colis si rapidement, je m’étais absenté. Boîte scellé avec un film le tout bien confortablement installé dans un carton. Au déballage rien à redire - le téléphone paraît neuf ! Ensuite, la batterie étant déjà chargée, il a suffit de placer mon ancien iPhone 6 devant le nouveau en synchronisation Bluetooth et tout s’est installé de façon magique pour que je retrouve toutes mes applications ainsi que leurs données. GÉNIAL !!! Je constate que la batte est en pleine forme car je vois dans les paramètres qu’elle charge I 100% ! Super. Le seul hic, c’est que j’ai dû acheter par ailleurs un chargeur 20 W qui n’est pas fourni, et j’en ai profité pour commander une protection coque et écran, ce serait dommage de mettre des signes d’usure sur cet iPhone 11 Pro tout neuf. En résumé, je recommande ce reconditionnent sérieux.

    El telefono parece nuevo. Si viniera en caja original de Apple ni parecería reacondicionado. La salud de la batería estaba al 100%. El teléfono ha sido un regalo para mi hermano y ambos estamos súper satisfechos con el terminal.

    j’ai reçu ma commande très rapidement, j’avais choisi bon état et le téléphone est impeccable ! l’état de santé de la batterie était à 94% lors de la réception ce qui est très correct pour du reconditionné. pour l’instant je suis très satisfait du produit et du service, à voir sur la durée !
