I bought an iPad in excellent condition almost as soon as it was released. When I find out Apple tells me that it is a product already refurbished by them and they could not support me in any way. It is a disappointment to buy an excellent product and not be able to go to support for help.

The quality is very good. There are no problems with the battery either I am very enthusiastic and will consider ordering something here!

I ordered an ipad with the condition "perfect condition", and I received an ipad with a big impact on the lower right shell. It seems to work perfectly but it doesn't look as expected.

Everything is great. One negative point, but not annoying: when I don't interact with the screen on, it turns itself off (even though I have disabled the sleep mode). This is not a standby because the touch works but the screen is black. However, this does not happen during videos, it is only on writing pages (word) or the home page. So in the end it is not annoying.

The product arrived on time and in excellent condition as advertised, so far works perfectly. Very satisfied with the purchase.
