I've had the iPad a week now, and I can say that it does not disappoint. The condition to me seems brand new. There were some issues before the product arrived with getting in contact with Backmarket and the sellers, but it worked out eventually.

I am very happy. This is the second refurbished product I have bought through the app and I am always equally satisfied. The iPad comes impeccable, like new. Not a single sign of use, perfect battery life, everything great. I will definitely buy from here again.

I got an ipad air 4 256 GB, it arrived recently but so far I am super satisfied. I chose the excellent condition and I must say I was surprised, there are only a couple of micro scratches on the screen and sides but otherwise it's perfect and everything works perfectly. Dhl took care of the super punctual shipping. I will definitely buy again in the future!

I bought the iPad Air 4 (2020) in excellent condition and that was it! I was extremely worried that the iPad would have any defects or that the battery life would not meet my expectations. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. I got what felt like a new device and couldn't find anything that would show that it had been refurbished. I am absolutely satisfied. Was a bit sceptical at first, but wanted to give it a chance and wasn't disappointed. On the contrary. I'm more than satisfied. I ordered the Premium condition and that's how I received it. There are 2 very minor scratches, but I only saw them with a torch, so not worth mentioning :) Also arrived with the certified refurbished package from Apple. The power plug is US American, but an adapter was included. The battery seems to have been replaced as it is at 100%. I recommend and will gladly buy here again :))

Super fast on delivery, I bought an ipad air 4th generation from back market in excellent condition and it arrived the next day after I placed the order.
