I haven't had time to use it much but it seems in great condition and was packed and presented as if it was new! If I am as happy as this with it at the end of the guarantee period, I'll never buy new again 🥸

Perfect!!! The product I bought was in mint condition and it arrived so fast! I am delighted.

I replaced my old 2008 IMac with a refurbished 2019 21.5-inch IMac. So far, everything is impeccable, the computer looks like new and works perfectly. Well, it was delivered with a slammed low-cost keyboard and mouse, but I still had my Apple Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, so no worries there.

Absolutely satisfied with my purchase. The "reconditioner's" packaging is reliable and efficient. I knew the Apple brand, my old machine was already an iMac. This new version forced me to review my automatisms, but I did it with pleasure as it is so user-friendly. I was a bit worried about the reconditioning, but apparently it's a reliable and very economical solution. What's more, the machine I received is in perfect condition, as specified in my order.

Well packed and fast delivery. The imac 21' (2019) works very well. The description "perfect condition" is correct (some light scratches on the band at the bottom of the screen). Made in China battery operated accessories. Product supplied by YesAgain, a quality retailer in Toulouse. This is my 2nd purchase (ipad) reconditioned at BkMkt and I am very satisfied. I recommend it without hesitation.

Delivery a little late but nothing to say about the product, ordered in excellent condition and received in excellent condition. The packaging was neat, the product well packed with plenty of protection around the screen. Keyboard and mouse not original as specified, they run on batteries so I'm going to change them. Also the power cord is new but not original, the one supplied is black. Otherwise the iMac works perfectly and is in excellent condition so I recommend the refurbisher YesAgain.

Arrived ahead of schedule well packed and insulated. Have migrated my old system successfully but found I could not use my old printer as the new Mac runs at 64 bits not 32. So purchased a new printer and attached successfully. Really pleased with performance and the condition of the Mac is excellent and above expectations. My only slight gripe is that the Mac came with a Koorui keyboard and Mouse when I expected a reconditioned one from Apple. The problem is that the @ character is on the 2/" key and the " character is on the '@ key and I don't seem to be able to fix this. Regards Alan Herbage

The order processing, packaging, delivery and also the iMac were great! The fact that the power adapter, keyboard and mouse are listed together as the scope of delivery at least suggests that all three items are also from Apple. However, this only applies to the power adapter. The keyboard and mouse are of the very worst quality and have to be replaced immediately. That doesn't fit together at all. A very good customer experience up to that point is unnecessarily ruined. Either don't add anything or add original items. It gives the impression that (in contrast to other refurbished providers) a higher price is being charged here because Apple accessories are included - but this is not the case. That's a shame and not good for you and your image. You should check if anyone reads this. VG

Order and despatch quick and easy. The iMac is in first-class condition. However, when the computer including keyboard and mouse is offered, I expect Apple products (preferably refurbished). Instead, the device comes with absolutely cheap products. I have still not been able to connect the keyboard to the Mac. Neither via Bluetooth nor with a cable. This should not be the case and leads to a devaluation!
