Always perfect. This must be the third P40 pro I've bought from you. And it's the fourth Huawei. So I'll continue. Thank you for your reliability and attractive prices. I only earn 1600 euros a month, so Backmarket is a good alternative to save money.

After a few weeks with the phone I am delighted, it is the first time I order a reconditioned but I will repeat! The delivery was also very fast.

When I bought it, nobody warned me that Huawei was no longer compatible with Google. As a result, I can't download all the applications that are useful in my day-to-day life. A real shame. Apart from that, it works well.

I'm very happy to have bought this smartphone. It's the first time I've bought a refurbished smartphone, and I'm quite surprised. I recommend this site without any worries. 100% valid.

It's not Back Market that I'm blaming. However, I agree that using a Huawei today is an aberration because the Appgallery (Huawei's playstore) doesn't allow you to download certain applications, especially Whatsapp: you have to go through emulators that don't work properly, and when that happens, you won't be able to save your chats on Google Drive anyway (even if downloaded through the emulator). I've consulted dozens of internet pages (a lot of untruths even from official sites, Whatsapp, Android, etc): after seeing 2 IT specialists who told me the same thing, I can only strongly advise you to flee Huawei, which is what I did by returning this P40. It's a shame...

First refurbished purchase of my life. Naturally surprised by the very simple packaging with the phone and a simple usb charging cable. I realised that this was in fact the contract. The phone is in perfect condition, it looks like new. The delivery was fast and safe (faster in a relay point). The phone itself works perfectly. I had my doubts but the battery/performance tests were all positive. No Google service on Huawei, but in reality it's a commendable detox. (Anyway you can find a fake in 5 minutes on the internet). I have no regrets about my purchase; for now.

Great quality of phone, good service as advertised. However on the topic of Huawei as there are issues between them and Google it is not an ideal phone for someone living in the UK as many of the apps are not functional or available in our region. Still great device and service so I cannot give a bad review. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of getting Huawei. (There are ways around this but they introduce security issues, so not ideal if it's for banking / trading applications based in the west that rely on Google play store)

The phone is of excellent quality and what I paid for, delivery fine and phone works perfectly. However, I did not know Goolge and Huawei have fallen out rendering this phone useless and should I have known this I would have purchased a different phone as I can't use it.
