Huawei P20, super nice device. Bought new in 2018/19. Unfortunately dropped device a few times (too many times). New devices are often a lot bigger and too big for me. Refurbished at Back Market is actually a new device. Fine experience with Back Market.

Pink Huawei P20 refurbished. Over all an amazing buy, comes with all you may need. Had some small technical difficulties to overcome, however I don't believe this to be a fault of the refurbishment,though should be noted that it's possible to have them. All works perfectly as intended. If I hadn't bought it myself, I wouldn't tell its not brand new. Highly recommend! Will update if any new faults arise. Thank you

Everything went well, delivery was fast and the item was in very good condition. It's still refurbished, however, and I find that this smartphone is slower than my old one.

The phone came in perfect condition, the battery is obviously not 100%, but it is within reason for a reconditioned phone.

The volume doesn't sound very loud, but the rest of the components are very good value for money.

Overall, the phone is in good condition, but the battery doesn't hold a charge for long, and there are some minor bugs, such as pages that quit for no reason and return to the home screen. But for the price, you can't complain too much.
