The phone works very well even though it's a bit slow, but I was expecting that, so it doesn't bother me. On the other hand, when I'm watching a video or putting the speakerphone on when I'm on a call, the sound goes off, so I have to tap a bit towards the sound output to get it to come back on. But otherwise the phone is decent for the price. I'd definitely recommend it!

Bought it for my partner as he is a dumbass for breaking phones but loves huawei he says it’s brill . Thanks for reliving my stress an as my contract is up this month I don’t want another contract so will be looking for a new one with you also .

I received my phone today, and it's already the 4th phone I've bought from Back, but everything's fine until now. Even if something goes wrong, they're there to listen and respond, and to change your phone, which is always reliable. Back thanks

The Huawei Mate 10 phone is practically brand new, everything works very well.

I'm very happy with this purchase. The only downside was that I had chosen a phone that said it had a 5-inch screen (I wanted a small screen) and when I received the phone it was 5.9 inches. I'm used to it now and I'm happy with it, but the information in the description of the phone was not correct.

Very satisfied with my Mate Lite 10, if I hadn't broken its screen I'd still be using it after more than 3.5 years of loyal service. Looking for a replacement on Back Market!

Phone received quickly and well packaged. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. All good. Just one thing, a charging cable is supplied, except that the guy who puts the cables in the package thinks about as much as an anvil, in fact the phone ordered is USB B, and the cable provided is ... a type C!!! Unbelievable... Provide mixed USB B AND C cables and you'll avoid looking like idiots. On a more serious note, the main thing, the phone, is very good.

Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong charging cable, which is why I can't charge and use the mobile phone...I think it's a shame and I've complained about it but haven't received a reply.
