First time using the platform to purchase a product and it's been a month since I got my laptop and I have no complaints.

I find backmarket really trust worthy with their guarantees, warranty's and amazing customer service along with their products that are up to standard 😆

Great quality and works perfectly.

The laptop keyboard is in French, we had to print number and letter to fix the keyboard. All the system were in French. It hasn`t been straight forward to used it.

Bought it for my son. He's using a laptop for school projects. Everything seems to work well. Battery life can be longer.

I have ordered two of these laptops and both had defective batteries. I returned the first one and received a refund. Choose to keep the second one and replace the battery myself. Good laptop otherwise but overall disappointing quality control from the seller

I was disappointed in the operations of the laptop. More disappointing that an excellent pick could be operating like that at first buy.

Just make sure to install the correct camera drivers next time. The pre-installed drivers were reported as "good" by the OS but the camera didn't work with them.
