Bought it for my son. He's using a laptop for school projects. Everything seems to work well. Battery life can be longer.

I have ordered two of these laptops and both had defective batteries. I returned the first one and received a refund. Choose to keep the second one and replace the battery myself. Good laptop otherwise but overall disappointing quality control from the seller

The laptop arrived in good condition, with no problems. However, I was unable to configure fingerprint or facial recognition, even though the appropriate drivers were installed.

Excellent! some functional keys (like arrows and delete) have other language but over all in good state I brought "très bonne état", the battery is 80% and i did test RAM, Storage, Camera, CPU, GPU, Display ... everything is in a good state (comes with windows 11 activated), and delivery was quick. Thank you.

I am very pleasantly surprised. The laptop is in great condition. Hardly any signs of use. Windows 11 already installed and it's super fast compared to my old laptop. It's really fun 🙂
