It is good and I love you it

Delivered on right time. But The Product ordered was 512GB SSD but itwas delivered with 256 GB SSD. Also there is notable sound in the processor. It doesnt look like properly refurbished.

Minor issue with the OS on arrival, seller was great for helping out. Easy fix in the end. Definitely will order from backmarket again.

Initially I was very excited to receive it . There were two major problems , first of all was the language which was in French, I tried my best to read with help of mobile and changed the language multiple times but again the system shows French language. 2. The charging issue, which really disturbed me,the charger was OKAY but the laptop was not charging. Honestly this was my first and very bad experience with this Laptop but I really appreciate all the staff of Back Market because they were very co operative. No issue with Delivery. It's a very busy time of year, so I've unpacked the toy but haven't had time to look after it. It's perfect, with no visible defects on either the casing or the screen, but we'll see about the rest later this week. The point-relais delivery was perfect and on time.
