Received like new. It's a change from the usual hair dryers: quick drying and less noisy. I'm only giving it 4 stars because of a few problems with the delivery. Backmarket did not give Chronopost the correct email address. I didn't receive the email from Chronopost and the pin code was sent by Viber, so I wasn't able to give the delivery person the information. The parcel was not delivered the next day at the relay point. I was able to collect it, but given the price of the handling fee, I wasn't expecting such a blunder on their part.

Very fast delivery, very well packaged product. The hairdryer is just incredible, it's perfect! In just a few minutes, without even being skilled, you can create a new hairstyle thanks to the many accessories provided. What's more, it leaves your hair very soft. I'm delighted with my purchase, thank you backmarket!

Well, it was worth it, but you have to practise it first. The adjustment options are very good and important. Changing the attachments is easy. It's quick. I haven't figured out the anti-frizz attachment yet! Operating the switch with one hand takes some practice. Just like the cooling switch. Not so easy. But possible. I'm very happy with the appliance.

I bought it in very good condition and frankly it's like new. Delivered very well packaged, received with the case that stores the accessories, well protected. As if I had ordered it on the original site, but 100€ cheaper! 😁

The heat setting did not work when I received the product. It had to be sent back to Dyson for repair. I still haven't received my Christmas present I bought on 12/12. The appliance was not checked properly after repackaging!

Hair dryer in excellent condition, like new and delivered by Dyson in a cardboard box and the brand box. Perfect working order and very efficient.

I bought a Shark hairdryer and received it the day after I placed my order. The item is as good as new, very well packaged and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
