The battery loses power when using the phone while it is charging, if it is completely empty you have to be lucky to get it to charge at all. Now nothing has happened for three days.... You shouldn't really talk about good condition here

Very good, except for the Qwerty-only keyboard and the English or Dutch-only spellchecker (no other language available). To get a French keyboard, I had to download a commercial app that will sell my data to God knows who. I would have liked to be able to use the Samsung keyboard in French like on my old Galaxy.

This is the second mobile phone we have bought via Back Market. I'm only giving this mobile phone 4 stars because it doesn't look like the mobile phone I bought. The mobile phone is turquoise in the advert, but blue-black in the original. The colour was a purchase criterion. But apart from that, everything is great!

I'm not satisfied because the mobile phone is blocked by Samsung (access blocked). I was therefore unable to transfer the data from my old S6 to this mobile phone. I also couldn't transfer any Google data and therefore couldn't set up WhatsApp either Yours sincerely

It's in great condition, but the keyboard is in English and German, so I can't get it to work in French.

Although I am responsible for my choice, I feel that the description is not very clear, as it did not allow me to see that the S7 does not have an SD card. Not one to hold a grudge, I recommended the purchase of a redmi note 7 with dual sim AND SD card. She has to ask for a refund, which, despite the evasive answers from your services, is impossible on this model! I was thinking of buying an electric scooter, but I think I'll hold off. Sincerely, P.
