Brilliant. Ordered a galaxy s24 in fair condition and it arrived a day early with barely a scratch! If you are hesitating about refurbished phones, go for it. Got me £330 off vs brand new with a couple tiny marks on the screen you can only see with bright light and a few battery cycles down. Back market and this supplier have great standards.

Perfect! I'm really happy with my purchase. I'd never bought a refurbished phone before and I was really scared. In the end, I bought premium status, and I'm really happy! I'm a bit worried about the packaging, I received it in a simple piece of cardboard put in a box. I would have liked to have received it better protected as it could have been damaged during shipping. Otherwise I'm really pleased

Totally delighted with my new phone. Arrived promptly and in really good condition, better than I was expecting. Only tiny scratches as described but as I use a case and screen protector nobody would know it wasn't brand new, it certainly functions like new phone! 10/10 would recommend a refurbished phone from Backmarket.

Hello, I ordered an S24 about 2 weeks ago in perfect condition. First of all I would like to stress the delivery time. Estimated for 16 January, it arrived on the 14th (delivered by Dpd). It was in more than reasonable condition (not to say like new) and was already loaded. It's a pure marvel and even though I'm wary of refurbished products, I'm more than satisfied. I recommend Back Market and Luminous (the refurbisher) as long as you order in perfect condition. The cable is still included, but the power supply is not.
