What can I say? This is the second mvl I've bought here. The previous one (Samsung Galxy S10+) "crashed" 🙈 after 2 years of use and with all the pain in my heart I had to pass it on. I hope that the new acquisition will give me the same result, so far I'm very happy with it. Oh, I forgot one thing, is it really refurbished? Let's give second chances to things and also to people. First time I ordered a refurbished, and absolutely not disappointed, excellent condition, good battery life, the only thing that worried me was the repeated updates at first I thought it did not work, but once all the update finished it works very well, I recommend without hesitation and I would now buy all my phones here.

After hesitating for a long time and scouring the reviews for hours, I decided to go for a refurbished model. I received an S20 ultra in perfect condition, with no scratches. I was afraid when I saw people's reviews that I would receive a Samsung from the Asian market, but mine is a European one, so there's no problem. I bought it on a Sunday evening and received it on a Tuesday morning. Since I've had it, no battery problems either. Delighted with my purchase!

My refurbished phone arrived the next day after I placed my order. The phone is in excellent condition and I transferred all the info/apps/contacts etc using the Smart Switch app in about 15-20 mins. I am extremely happy with the quality of the phone and the service I received.

phone in great condition easy to handle nevertheless I noticed that when the torch is on there is a bright spot that can be seen behind the screen and also the itinerary clock on the lock screen gives me Korean time... has the phone been reset correctly? it's impossible for me to remove this Korean location and the internet sometimes provides me with Korean sites too apart from this I'm happy with the product even if for the price, which even in refurbished condition is expensive, I would have appreciated a better charger or even a new original charger.

As far as the product itself is concerned, nothing to report, everything is fine ;-) the Germans are serious. The problem comes from the delivery by UPS which has raised incompetence to a very high level.
