    Ordering and delivery very good. Phone looks like new and working very well. Only worry is it keeps dropping service provider. I never had that problem before.

    HORRIBLE. bought a phone from them. 3 months later it broke (no mobile data, no longer charging) when i contacted them they said the phone was 'excluded from warranty' but gave ZERO DETAILS WHY. Refused to repair, replace or refund. Offered me a 5% discount on buying another one of their sh*t phones. Cannot reccommend - buy with someone who will actually solve your issue, it will not be Backmarket. So much stress, so much wasted time. totally useless. Buy somewhere else.

    Das Gerät kam noch vor der angegebenen Lieferzeit an. War zwar nicht mehr in der original Samsung Verpackung aber einer gleichwertig hochwertigen Verpackung, dass man trotzdem das Gefühl hatte, man hätte ein nagelneues Handy gekauft. Dieses Gefühl hatte ich auch noch nach öffnen der Verpackung, als man die glatte, nahezu unberührte Display fläche vor sich . Das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei, ich konnte keine Mängel bislang feststellen. Ich liebe die Idee von refurbished Elektrogeräten, bestelle gerne wieder hier :)

    This phone feels in great condition! It's fast, responsive, has a good battery life and great camera! I chose to buy a refurbished phone from Back Market because I got a laptop from here a few years ago and it's been great. My more tech savvy friend helped me choose this phone specifically and I am very happy with it so far.

    Envoi du colis impeccable. Le téléphone je suis une adepte du reconditionne la cela fait 15 jours d'utilisation et pour le moment impeccable je recharge tous les deux jours malgré le nombres d'alicatuons mises dessus. Photos nickel

    Ravi.e ! L'appareil fonctionne parfaitement et je n'ai eu aucun mal avec la prise en main. Je suis vraiment étonné.e de la qualité pour du reconditionné et pour le prix que j'ai payé avec la reprise de mon ancien vieux portable (un A12 que j'avais acheté en première main). A voir combien de temps ce téléphone-ci me tiendra !

    First time I have ever bought a refurbished phone and I don't think I will go back to buying new ones. I bought an excellent condition phone and that's exactly what it is, no marks,scratches or anything. Just like brand new but with the box.
