Frankly, I was more than pleasantly surprised! I took the entry-level model (the cheapest) which said "good condition". It's actually in great condition! A few bumps in the corners nothing serious, nickel screen, nickel battery, to see over the long term but after a month absolutely satisfied! I recommend it with my eyes closed!

I received it with 0% battery, a professional reconditioner should know how destructive this is for a battery, it should have been partially charged! Apart from that, everything works and delivery was on time.

Got this s10 lite for my mum, as I also have the same phone. Backmarket are the best, silky smooth ordering process.

I realised that the phone had come from Finland! For a refurbished phone it's a shame. And I received a usbc charger without a plug adapter. So far the phone works well and is in good condition.

customer service was amazing they found a problem with the phone we had ordered so refused to sell it and gave us the chance to have it in a different colour which I thought was so nice of them. phone is perfect and delivery was quick
