Almost everything is perfect with it aside from the battery, which seems too drain very fast.

The product quality is good, surpassed my expectations.. excellent customer service received from Back Market and the follow up after product delivery. The only problem that worried me was shipping delay. Nonetheles i'll highly recommend Back Market.

I waited this long for the reasons to first use it for sometime before posting any review. I received my phone within few days and it was arrived safely. It looks brand new as no scratches to see. Battery is good quality and lasting for long time. It was a gift for my father and he liked it very much.

So far so good - it's only been 2 weeks! But phone in as new condition and the battery is good so I'm happy. Arrived day after I ordered it so can't complain on that either. Used to have the Note 10+ and I was a little nervous getting this phone. But I haven't noticed any differences - apart from this being a little smaller which I actually prefer!

Ordered in "perfect condition" and frankly it is, apart from the packaging it looks like new with no signs of use. The free shell is unexpected and nice. The only downside is the battery. I ordered a new battery because I know that the battery is already the weak point of the model having had the same one before. However, I find that it discharges even faster than the previous ones I've had of the same model. So I always have to carry my powerbank with me. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product.

exceptional product, obviously based on the condition of purchase, shows very small and insignificant signs of wear, otherwise device in perfect condition, really nice, snappy and functional. More than fast shipping. Would highly recommend to anyone who cares about the planet by focusing on the so-called circular economy, giving second hand products a new lease of life.
