I have another phone, older than this one, which has been refurbished (by another supplier) but the firmware had been updated, unlike the one I've just bought here. As a result, many applications don't work and the price of this refurbished phone is getting expensive... Shame, I won't be coming back.

The phone is in perfect condition, but the Android version is too old (and impossible to update), which prevents you from using certain apps.

Another aspect I wanted to highlight from the order I received is that apart from the keyboard not working properly and some damage to the paint on the phone, the charging cable I received did not correspond to the Samsung model I had ordered.

I think it's disrespectful to call it black. It's a Samsung J7 African American faxabor. It's cool, I already had another one that broke, and I already had tons of accessories for it, so it was well worth it.
