I bought a tel in December 2023 ( cde 36762352). Unfortunately I kept it even though the keyboard could only be in English and access to 4G was complicated. I decided to sell it on your platform and then the partner factory said they couldn't take it back because it came from abroad, and even suspected theft! How could you sell us this phone and then refuse to take it back? I find your practices dubious and am very disappointed. Sincerely

Le portable est vraiment nickel ! Je suis très content. Très bon échange avec Backmarket et en plus ils prennent des nouvelles de comment ça se passe avec l'utilisation du nouveau téléphone. Vraiment je recommande à 100%! Merci Backmarket !!!

We received 1 Iphone 4 instead of the Galaxy A30 We returned it and are still waiting to hear from them

The phone is simlocked to a single operator. As the seller was unable to unlock it for me, I ended up with a phone that was unusable for me. I asked for an exchange, which was refused. I'm told I have to do it myself. I find this totally unprofessional. You've just lost a regular customer and gained some very bad publicity.

I have just received my phone and it is in perfect condition.
