Unacceptable. I order a refurbished phone and they send me a phone with a screen that's scratched all over! Impossible to use. I sent it back and I've been waiting a week for a refund.

Fast delivery, item received compliant and in very good condition (despite the lack of protection in the box :-) ) Just a shame that the compatible cable supplied does not allow fast charging like the original cable! :'(

It's perfect!

Catastrophic! The phone doesn't work properly. It keeps asking me to update the software, but I can't! The sound is mediocre during calls (the people I'm talking to can't understand me). Tired touch screen... you have to tap the screen several times to open an app or go back. Total disconnection of the device unexpectedly with a tracfone message !!!???? Despite the change of language (French), I always get notifications in English! In short, I'm really disappointed! I'm going to send it back and order a new phone from somewhere else, but it's annoying me to have to waste time setting things up all over again!

Fast delivery, product is as advertised. I recommend reconditioning only for the price, the quality resue and of course for the preversation of the planeter.

I am really satisfied with the purchase of the mobile phone because it arrived on time and in perfect condition as it is in perfect condition.

Bought it for my grandson for playing games on, so he is not using his mother's. Works great

The phone is very good however it says that the phone comes with a charging cable: I didn't find any cable in the parcel that was delivered to me. I'm quite disappointed because I chose Back market despite the fact that other retailers offered this phone at a lower price and yet I don't have all the equipment I was promised.
