very happy with my purchase. good condition and fast delivery.

So far, very good. It was described as fair and the outside you could tell it had been used but much better than I expected. The keyboard and screen seemed almost like new and everything worked correctly. Battery life is good and it was very straightforward to set up. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy from Back Market again.

It's a pleasant surprise: it comes with Windows 11, good performance for an Intel I3 (my old I7s don't do so well) and a fair price. I was a bit surprised to find a PC with a German keyboard on backmarket.fr, but I bought it for a member of my family who lives in Bavaria, so it came just at the right time.

Excellent condition, works like a missile. It's great.

I am very satisfied with the laptop. The functionality of the device is absolutely fine. There is nothing to criticise about the external appearance (screen, keyboard). The only thing is that the battery runs flat relatively quickly (1.5 hours). But that's okay, it's not a new device. Thank you

Super fast delivery, arrived earlier than expected, despite the big blackout we had... Big difference with my last experience, which was very, very unpleasant and disappointing... In this case, quite the opposite. And the laptop, in an excellent condition, just as the web indicated... Very, very recommendable seller!!!!

The PC works well, I was just disappointed that some of the components were different from what was presented in the app. For example the PC graphic card was supposed to be Intel iris Xe Graphics but the seller changed it to a less performant Intel UhD graphics before shipping it out. This makes the platform less credible this sort of thing has happened also in the purchased I did before this one. The sellers are always trying to change components to cheaper ones and that's not good.

The process with you is perfect, I am always satisfied with Backmarket. I have annoying bluescreens with the notebook, but these are more likely to be driver problems. I had to uninstall a Win update again, it's a pain in the arse, but the hardware side seems to be fine. I hope I can get the system stable and keep the notebook. Now I'm updating all the drivers and testing each update for compatibility.

The product is physically in perfect condition and works properly. The only problem I have found is the battery, it has a very short life, it runs out of battery after just one hour of work. Can you suggest a solution?

I am very happy with my laptop, it has worked perfectly so far. My games are also working great.
