However, I do notice a noise at times. When the fridge motor starts up, sometimes the motor makes a louder noise than usual. If the problem persists, I'll get back to you.

I was very pleased with my purchase and, as is often the case on Backmarket, the delivery straight to my home was very practical for a fridge!

I didn't expect the fridge to be so dented ... The photo didn't make me suspicious, I really would have preferred things to be clearer. Was it an oversight on my part? A lack of photos that were true to life? It's understandable that there could be a reason for a discount ... but you'd rather know that at the time of purchase. Otherwise delivery OK times OK working order OK

I ordered a fridge for my new flat, taking care to get one rated A, even though the instructions indicate an energy class of F...... Then there's the delivery via a 12-tonne lorry, which is surprised not to find a parking space in town.

I'm happy with my purchase, the price is good and the delivery is spot on. It would be good to have photos of the camera's "faults".

Delivery was on time. However, a part was missing to connect the fridge's water inlet. The supplier was aware of this problem - I wasn't the first to point it out - but didn't rectify it before dispatch. It took over 3 weeks to receive the missing bolt and finally enjoy the American accent of this fridge. It's a good thing it's in the utility room, though, as the front has some big dents that would look out of place in a kitchen. In short, I'm disappointed.
