I bought it for my wife, who was suspicious of "refurbished" I was toying between fair ond excellent condition - I went for the former because it was the purple colour; but it must take some forensic examination to qualify hers from excellent. she loves it. it came with a wink of an eye. this is my fourth purchase here. enough said.

I receive my phone in good condition as it is new. One time there was a problem with charging. I did not press the charging port properly and an error message was given when I tried to charge and did not charge. But when I reset the phone to return it, just before putting everything back in the box, I decided to test it one last time before sending it, and to my surprise, it charged normally without the usual error message. So I didn't return it. And it still works well and everything is in good condition

After I placed the order, I could not see the pictures of what I paid for. It just showed out of stock when I should be able to see the listing even if I bought it. I was confused as I wanted the flip 5, but ended up buying the flip 5g which was an older model.
