Excellent choice. Delivery was fast and the device was reconditioned in its original box. I had the pleasant sensation of having a new phone. This one works perfectly and now corresponds in every way to my expectations. However, I had not understood that the FP3 was equipped with the Google Android version. So I replaced it with an e/os Murena and everything works perfectly! I'd like to suggest that this option could be offered at the time of purchase and everything would be perfect.

The product is very good and meets my expectations. However, I regret that there are no instructions for use, even though it was easy to get used to, and it took me a while to find out how to open the phone. I find it useful to have an official document from the brand supplied with the product, it's a sign of confidence and reassures me as a customer.

Ordered well except for one thing: it was noted that the phone had a physical dual sim when in reality it has a sim and an esim. No big deal, I just had to pay an extra £10 for the esim.

The item corresponds to the advert and to what I am looking for. However, it said that the charger cable was supplied and this was not the case. The supplier said that they would only send a cable if we needed one. I think this is a very good approach and I didn't need it, so no problem, but this information should probably be displayed when ordering on Back Market.

The product is great, the delivery was also fast thanks to the surcharge, BUT it came with a cable and this USB cable is only for charging! I only came up with the idea after many hours of unsuccessful attempts to connect it to the PC. I was then able to connect the device immediately with another USB cable. Something like this is simply unnecessary and annoying in this case it would have been better: 1. TO WRITE SOMETHING LIKE THIS ON THE CABLE AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN THICK AND BOLD or not to include a cable at all.

The item is in order. However, I had a problem with the SIM card slot and wasn't sure whether it was my SIM card or the connector. I replaced my SIM with an eSIM and it works just as well.

Yes, it's very good for what it was bought for. Big loss of quality and practicality when taking photos compared to the model it replaces*: for a much more recent camera, it's a bit of a shame... *Previous phone in question: Sony Xperia A2

Delivery of the new appliance was perfect, but there were a few problems with returning the old one, even though the procedure was very well explained.

After 1 week of use, I can't find any problems. The phone is in good condition and matches the description in the advert. However, I had to do several updates to get to the Android 13 version.
