I was contacted by the seller (very professional) because he could not get my email address from you. Otherwise until today nothing special to notice. Your parcel tracking service and that of the seller are perfect.

The bike is neither washed nor prepared. The gears are 'cracking' and I have no way of knowing whether they're badly adjusted or whether the Bafang M200 system has had a big hit on the nose. Basically, what's been done is paint touch-ups. And nothing else. For a reconditioner it's just a shame. I was happy with previous purchases, but not at all with this one.

Il m'a été livré après un rendez-vous avec le transporteur , bien protégé dans un emballage cartonné.

Deplorable for a reconditioned electric bike sold in "very good condition". Paint chipped all over, crankset damaged, brake damaged, mudguard broken, headlight damaged, battery at the end of its life. I'm in favour of reconditioning, but not at this price, as repairs will cost me more than buying a new one. I'm really very disappointed

Vraiment j'adore, c'est mon premier vélo électrique, quel bonheur ! Il est en parfait état de fonctionnement. Quelques petites rayures, normal c'est un reconditionne. Service client super, livré très rapidement, je recommande vraiment ce site pour son sérieux

J'ai reçu le colis en avance ,donc déjà c'est top, c'est un produit reconditionné mais en parfait état comme neuf ! Mon fils en est content, il fonctionne très bien ,20 km/h max. c'est bien pour un enfant de 11ans avec un casque bien sûr.

Great purchase from Loewi via Backmarket. Stable, easy to handle and safe bike. Perfect for riding around town. I love it and recommend it.

Comme déjà dit, le vélo est très bien et très bon marché. Mais c'est un vélo neuf fabriqué en Chine. Ce n'est pas du tout ce qu'on cherche quand on achète sur un site tel que Backmarket qui prône le reconditionnement pour réduire son impact environnemental.
