Brilliant service

Why have I resisted Dyson all these years? After several disappointing low-end appliances, I took the plunge! The appliance arrived reconditioned by Dyson, with a warranty and for half the price. The motor block was new, so I couldn't see why it had been reconditioned. What a marvel, silent, with an amazing suction.

This is my second order for a quality reconditioned dyson product. Fast delivery and the dyson straightener is in excellent condition.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the appliance! I had a canister hoover with a bag, it's night and day. It's reconditioned and shipped by Dyson, so there's not much to complain about. On the appliance side, it's a compact model, so it's fairly light, but the dust bin is smaller. That's enough for me to vacuum a 35m2 flat, and the bin is full after one or two households. However, it's very easy to empty, without having to touch the dust. What's special about this model is that it switches on and off with a button, unlike the others where you have to press a trigger. I find this more practical. There are several brushes and heads to suit almost any situation. (The one with the dust detection light is really great).

super device, a little heavier than our previous Dyson but surely due to a much higher power. i thought the brush with the green led was a gadget but you can really see the dust even during the day with it. Still the same quality of materials. It's so easy to use, and it's so easy to clean.

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service, which was very friendly and much more professional than some of the big names! That's what encouraged me to make this purchase! After checking with Dyson, a reconditioned hoover is one that has been tested and returned after the 30-day trial period. Dyson reconditions it to new and guarantees it for 2 years. And I can confirm that after receiving my v15 packaged by Dyson, it is indeed brand new! Wow! No scratches or visible malfunctions in any case! The sensor is incredible, I can see the tiniest dust and hair on the floor. The accessory that lets you vacuum under furniture is a must-have for me, as it makes everyday life easier. My only complaint is that it doesn't lock completely when I'm vacuuming in stand-up mode, but maybe I'm using it wrong. The fluffy brush is very handy and quiet. The carpet brush vacuums efficiently and even too much when I switch to auto mode. I find it hard to switch it on because it clings so much, so I switch to eco. The small brush is great for mattresses and sofas. I'm thinking of buying a station to bring all these accessories together in one place. I find it very quiet compared to my V8. In term...
