Bought this for my mother as her other doro phone's battery was not holding a charge. Found the 8080 on Back Market at a great price. Delivery took about 8 days over a bank holiday weekend and the condition was excellent. It seems to be working great so far and customer support was good. I would definitely purchase here again as prices and products from my experience are very good.

I bought this Doro phone for my mother. She is delighted. I had it delivered direct to her home. Everything went smoothly! I've bought several phones and iPhones from Backmarket and so far I've never been disappointed. Even my Apple headphones! I highly recommend Backmarket, they're very professional!

As described in the model description. However, the person I gave it to has a lot of problems with the touch screen phone and has gone back to her old phone. I think I'm going to sell this one and I also want to change my iPad. But apparently Backmarket sells doros but doesn't take them back.

The phone is not exactly what I ordered (colour) but otherwise it works perfectly well and fulfils its function as a telephone very well. Quite easy to use for an 86 year old.

Phone arrived dead. once charged it died within a few hours,laggy and full of error messages. was meant for a mother's day present but all I received was a brick. waiting over 24 hours now for a response. Very poor
