The only thing I would criticise is that DPD's tracking number from Ireland didn't work well and was generally very confusing. The parcel could not be delivered at first because a redirection function was not possible

I brought a dell precision 5520, fair condition which it is pretty dirty/sticky, banged up a little which is fine but the problem is with a brand new charger saying 130w my laptop is giving a warning saying it only receiving 90w. Also two keys on the keyboard are in the wrong place. Also diagnostics on the laptop states the USB port is damaged.

It arrived spotless as if it was brand new and with the expected performance. The best thing is the size and resolution of the touch screen, the power, battery and design. The worst, the keyboard is a bit small for my taste and the space and enter keys feel a bit loose, and it makes a bit of noise when you demand more performance. Good value for money, a 9/10 personal rating.

The specifications are in line, but only the battery life is very short. Overall, the PC performs very well. I'll have to wait and see when I start using heavy applications.

System errors and crashes, happens more or less 10 times a week, we will see in the future

I would like to change it with this one as I have Windows 11 and a QWERTY keyboard.

I am very happy with the pc, the delivery was very fast and the visual condition was perfect. The only downside is the battery time that I have to change because it shuts down too quickly. otherwise I recommend this seller 100%. a little sad I bought a second product on backmarket and 'jai no discount or commercial gesture. too bad.

Very quick to boot up and use in general. Nice screen. It's a shame it doesn't have a numeric keypad, but I've added an external one.

The PC works perfectly. However, there are a few scratches that are a little too pronounced and the condition of the charger leaves a lot to be desired.
