PC central unit purchased with Perfect condition grade. But the plastic on the front was broken in the corner. I sent an email to the address indicated on the box. The next day I was told that the part was being sent to the post office. 3 days later, I received the part and it was in perfect condition. In short, the next day the PC works perfectly and the after-sales service is very, very responsive. Just one point, the PC is refurbished in Italy, not in France as the site suggests... So 5 stars, top notch

The machine is excellent, it works well, much faster than my old machine. It was delivered quickly and very well packaged. My only negative is that it isn't Windows 11 compatible, which should have been made clear before I purchased, I am not too concerned about this however.

Perfect transaction, correct packaging, but the processor runs at 3.4 Ghz and not 3.6 Ghz as mentioned on the item description. It would be more honest to mention the correct specifications on Backmarket.

I'm very pleased with the device I've just received, which is sold with the grade "good condition". It's in perfect condition, nothing like the previous order that I returned. What's more, it comes with a WIFI key, so I still have to check that it's working properly, but if the inside is as good as the outside, I'm confident. Hats off to this French refurbisher.

The PCpack seller dispatched the parcel on the day I ordered it, which I received the next day. The tower was well packaged and secured in bubble wrap and a strong cardboard box. I found the tower to be in very good condition, the reconditioning was well done, I just had a small problem with my DVD drive which wasn't playing anything, it turned out that it was just the Windows 10 DVD drive which wasn't activated, which happens with some versions of W10. All in all, very satisfied with my order and my PC. Very satisfied with the seller and thank you backmarket.

It's a gift for a loved one. When I tried it out to test it, it seemed to work fine. To be seen in time. The packaging was good and the PC was well protected. I'm happy with it. To be seen in time.

I'm very pleased with my purchase and the fast delivery. Once installed, the computer works very well and I had to put it in French because it was in Italian, but otherwise the computer is very fast and efficient.

It's great, I love it, it's exactly what I wanted, unfortunately for me I didn't look, but it was clearly stated that there was no wifi key or Bluetooth key. In any case, the PC itself arrived 2 days early and it's exactly what I ordered.
