4.6/5Lovely computer - in condition as promised. Windows 10 was pre-installed and I was able to update to Windows 11. One issue was with the keyboard. The keyboard had been changed on the computer from French to QWERTY English however the system language had not been changed. This meant that although the keyboard worked fine once logged in, passwords were still using the old keyboard layout (making it extremely difficult to login again having logged out). It took a while to find the system language setting and I had already installed Google Chrome, which remained stubbornly convinced that the language should be French. Everything works perfectly. It was a huge saving versus a new one and it's also great to have saved a lot of waste by choosing a refurbished product. 4.6/5Bonjour, Achat effectué le 26 Décembre, livré le 30 Décembre. Livré en très bon état (rien de cassé). La machine (le PC) est conforme à la description (corei5, ssd, processeur et autre), elle est jolie. Sans rayures ou quelconque dommage à l'apparence. Sur le fond, c'est-à-dire la performance, après près d'un mois d'utilisation, la batterie tient 3h à 4h (et plus, 4H30, 4H45) selon l'usage. La machine est rapide et tout fonctionne, le wifi, le micro, haut-parleur. Comme il n'y a pas d'œuvre parfait, je cite deux bémols : la luminosité de la caméra (je ne sais pas comment régler). Et le ventilo du pc qui fait un léger bruit quand ça tourne, mais après une semaine cela s'est arrêté. Actuellement ce bruit est difficilement audible et rare. Un par de marcas de uso sin importancia y algo de suciedad en los puertos (solucionado con alcohol isopropílico y 10 minutitos de cariño, recordemos que es un producto reacondicionado). El funcionamiento es perfecto y la batería dura bastante así que diría que está prácticamente nueva, lo que es un punto positivo no tener que invertir en su reposición. Como se puede esperar de un gama alta de Dell, el ordenador funciona a las mil maravillas y, aunque solo lo uso para programar, diría que algún juego no muy bestia puede tirar por si te quieres pegar un vicio rápido. 4.6/5I had my doubts initially since i had always bought new. I was using a macbookpro 13 (2018) bu the screen had a problem. While waiting for it to be fixed, i got this Dell as something to use. The truth? I'm satisfied with it though it took a while to get used to it. Been using Macbook pro for a very long time. I am getting more convinced of buying refurbished products from places of high repute, if only for the sake of the earth. 4.4/5J'attendais avant de poster un avis afin d'avoir un avis objectif. La livraison a été ultra rapide, top. Le pc présente quelques griffres visibles à plus de 20 cms, ce qui ne correspond pas au pc en "très bon état". Néanmoins, l'autonomie batterie est vraiment pas mal pour un reconditionné. Le pc tourne bien et le nettoyage avait été effectué (pas comme j'ai pu lire dans certains commentaires). En résumé, pour mon utilisation, je suis ravi de ce pc!
