Instead of the Dell Inspiron 15" -3521 I received an Inspiron 13" 6358. I thought that as the 3521 was unavailable, a model of equivalent value had been sent to me. I've managed to install Linux in dual boot and this hardware gives me complete satisfaction.

ITEM IS REALLY GOOD & AS DESCRIBED. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE I HAVE WHICH IS A PERSONAL THING, IS IT IS QUITE HEAVY. I DON'T THINK I HAVE EVER HAD SUCH A HEAVY LAP TOP EVEN IN THE GOOD OLD DAYS BUT IF IT LAST BECAUSE IT'S STURDY THEN GREAT.

Hello, well received. The seller EC-SAINT GERMAIN EN LAYE said that the original packaging has never been opened and I see on the package label half torn and that the package was sent to another address by the carrier UPS. The package was closed, but when I opened it I found a letter from BackMarket and a delivery note. Nothing very serious, but it's not very pleasant. Why open the packaging when, if it's new, the manufacturer's warranty is still valid?

This is the first time I've bought a product from Backmarket and I'm delighted. The product was excellent and true to the description on the website. The delivery was perfect for me. I will return to this site for other purchases.

I bought a second-hand notebook, everything was as described and so far everything has been fine. However, delivery was supposed to take place within 3 to 4 working days, but then it took almost 2 weeks.

Hello, I'm not very satisfied with the product, the condition is not as indicated, it's in average condition, one of the 4 feet is missing, has quite deep scratches on the top. In terms of performance, I find it too slow compared to my other Dell Inspiron from the same year. It has bugged, error page and shutdown/restarted once so far. I'm starting to use it more intensively on Monday. I will come back to you if the problem becomes recurrent. Best regards. C.MONGET

So far I'm delighted with my purchase. My problem is that the battery won't hold a charge for more than an hour.
