One of the best headsets I've ever tried and used, Fabulous immersion in the game, the plug and play connection is superb, it's the first time I've used it. The headset arrived like new, with no defects, neither in shipping nor in repackaging, I almost had the impression that it had been taken out of its original packaging. I use it to play on the PC, it also works on the Mac, but there are a few problems with the connection to my Xbox Series S, it's a real shame but it's not linked to the headset or Back Market, it's the Xbox licences that make the headset work or not, too bad the headset suits me enormously, I'm going to keep it and suggest it to all my gaming buddies :)

Good, headphones in very good condition, arrived before the delivery date with everything you need in the box (headphones + microphone + jack -> USB A adapter). This is a very good headset that I took to replace a Corsair HS35 headset (also very good, but there is a design weakness in the headband, and after 2 years I have it ended up broken :-( I really like the mute button and the sound wheel on the back of the headphones, so I got another Corsair, a bit more expensive but better in every way (mouse, rigidity, flexible cable with braided coating, microphone ...) and I think it's a weak headband.

I had a problem with the battery life when I first received it, but after sending it back (without paying anything) and only a few days later, a replacement (or repaired) product arrived and everything seemed to be OK this time. Thank you for your responsiveness!

Headphones offered to my darling for his birthday, he finally finds the sound on games where he had nothing. The quality is great I have absolutely no regrets about switching to refurbished products

A very good helmet, far superior to the Void Elite in every way (having had one for 2 years). It's hard to believe that the product is second-hand, so go for it with your eyes closed. Just bear in mind that you won't get the original box.

These headphones are excellent. The value for money is simply incredible; these headphones are perfect for gamers and music lovers alike. Acoustically, the sound is clean. There's foam around the ear for sound reduction (be careful, this foam is quite hot). The microphone is good and produces a good voice output (I have a friend who spent €200 on a microphone that isn't as good as mine). There's a slight voice feedback that doesn't bother you at all when you're talking, there's no sensation of cutting yourself off. The headset is supplied with a JACK to USB adapter (I don't get the impression that the voice output is any better without it). I took the headset in Cherry colour, because it's a colour that you don't see much in the different ranges of headphones. The negative points, because there are some. Over a long period of playing or listening to music, you get a crushing sensation. Because of the design, the helmet is very curved, which means that the foam rests on the head. This is not very serious. At worst, at this moment, you HAVE TO TAKE THE SPACE OUTSIDE.

I bought the headphones on Monday and received them the following Wednesday. I tested it and, to be honest, the expected performance was spot on. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the delivery time, the information provided by BackMarket and the product itself.

Problem with the microphone I can hardly hear myself and in the headset a high-pitched beep comes and goes, otherwise you can hear just the noise that disturbs and the microphone that I can't hear, so I think it's faulty.

Good pair of headphones and work perfectly. Advertised as noise-cancelling on back market, however, they are neither active or passive noise cancellation which is a disappointing and misleading. Other than that, decent product in good condition from the seller which is a plus.
