This Dell OptiPlex 9010 SFF 22" was an excellent buy, arriving two days early in packaging that protected it so well that it was even difficult to get it out! Downgraded to 'good condition' because of a scratch on the monitor base, I think it deserves a better grade. Many thanks to PCPack for their express service!

Excellent site, I received my refurbished HP PC in excellent condition, I even had the surprise of having a keyboard, mouse and WIFI key. I would also like to thank the technician who was able to answer all my questions on the phone. This is the second time I've bought equipment from the site and I'm not disappointed. I highly recommend this site to anyone who is still hesitating.

I am very satisfied with the HP Prodesk 600G3 22" PC. Very quiet. Sufficient power for office work and videos. 10 USB ports. USB C socket. Very compact PC. Very good resolution 22" screen, very good image. Only downside : - no HDMI output - no wifi. (Add Wifi 5 USB key) €12 Attractive design. Very competitive price. I recommend it

Perfect computer, I used to have a recent all-in-one but it was unbelievably slow. Since I've had this one it's been a different world, even though it's older it's faster and more efficient. What's more, I've added a 2nd screen. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. In short, don't hesitate to buy this model.

Very fast dispatch, but small problem on arrival, defective hard drive (possibly during transport). I sent it back the next day via the very efficient after-sales service. And 3 days later, the computer was repaired, received, plugged in and in use! Even though there was a false start, the very efficient after-sales service responded quickly to my problem. And very good value for money! A computer-screen-keyboard in very good condition for a very affordable price, and no waste, thank you refurbished!

Received a computer in perfect condition, well before the agreed deadline. Only downside: a cable was missing. I made a complaint the next day and 2 days after this complaint, I received the cable, and this was still less than the time initially agreed. The computer works perfectly and I'm fully satisfied with the customer service. After this first experience, I would recommend BackMarket and I will use their services with complete confidence from now on.
