1st experience of reconditioning validated. The phone (iPhone 12/256GB) looks like new and works very well. I preferred to take the new battery option. To be seen over time as this was a recent purchase (Christmas 2024). Delivery was quick.

It's a very good phone, I'm satisfied with it. The data transfer from my previous i phone was problem-free. Very good condition of the device, no surprises, functional battery, long autonomy. Black market delivery and tracking with notifications as advertised. This is my 3rd purchase with Black Market. I chose this device by checking that the reconditioner is established in France, working with Black Market for 5 years.

Great deal, first time I've bought reconditioned. I took "like new": indeed, really like new. No scratches, all functions ok. Everything works perfectly, the battery diagnosis shows 92%. I'll be going back to backmarket once this one has reached the end of its life in a few years' time!

I bought the iPhone 12 for my stepson ready for starting secondary school in September. Buying from Back Market was easy and the delivery was very quick indeed. The description of condition was accurate (I bought the 'Excellent' grade and it looks and functions like new. The smile on his face well expressed his delight. The screen protector supplied was unfortunately for an iPhone 14. It seemed too small and then I noticed on the package that it was designed for the different model and as for the case I'm not sure but I know that my wife has obtained a different black case for him. Hence the four stars - otherewise it would definitely be a five star rating. Apart from the apparent mishap with at least one of the accessories all parties are extremely pleased with the purchase and the service. Would recommend Back Market and purchase again when necessary.

I have removed one star, because even though I am very happy with the phone, it doesn't seem right that after having to order the case and the screen protector without any other option, I receive the case with advertising from Back Market. In the order there is a transparent case without serigraphy and even less that contains advertising, which I think that if it is with advertising you can not charge it as I think it is not very legal.
