arrived just in time without delay, perfect packaging without any damage, works well heats the dining room quickly and what makes it more functional is when you put it to turn, I'm super happy.

Heater was in excellent condition and it arrived much sooner than I expected. Setting up the heater and connecting to WiFi was easy and it works perfectly. Really happy with this purchase, wouldn't hesitate to use Back Market again.

Bad for the DHL carrier, who made no attempt to deliver to the address and ended up dropping it off at a delivery centre. It kept us in check for 5 days. As for the product, full satisfaction

good afternoon. the heater is working well, the general condition is very good. i have noticed that when it is in oscillating mode, when it reaches the top of rotation, it makes a small jump before turning the other way round.

What is the advantage of ordering from you?

It's just as I expected, it's brand new and works great.

The heater arrived in a damaged box, which but for wide cellotape across the bottom, the heater would have fallen out of the box. The cardboard of the base was delaminated and returned to layers of paper - no strength. It turned out that box had, at some stage in the past but now dry, stood in water which had entered the box. this had in turn wet the base of the heater. The protective plastic bag, the open end at the bottom, had held some water and allowed the base assembly screws and a some of the metal casing to corrode. It was also very obvious the heater had not been tested for functionality as the surrounding protective plastic bag was still undisturbed and stuck to the rusted base of the heater. Just to add insult to injury the instruction booklet, but still legible, had been soaked as well. Luckily the heater works but will be run for the next few days to see if it will function long term.
