They’re perfect, got them to replace a pair of these same ones that broke. However there are some small differences between this and my old refurbished pair that I got off Amazon? Was concerned about legitimacy but everything seems to work the same, I am curious about the slight difference in buttons though.

Really happy with the airpods I got. My previous set was stolen so I bit the bullet and bought these as a replacement for about €100. They arrived in unbranded packaging but to look at you'd think they were brand new. Been using them for a couple of weeks now and have had no issues. Batteries seem strong. They've replaced my stolen set seamlessly. Good job backmarket.

The delivery and packaging all perfect from back market. My issue is with the buds themselves. Good when listening to music but terrible when watching a video. The noise comes so weird and have looked and there's not a fix. Also pretty well known but the phone calling is pretty poor. Overall good for music only, not much else. Glad I paid back market price, not full price.

I received my order earlier then expected it was in great condition delighted with it. I was short one cable to operate my Bose Solo 5 which wasn’t included in the deal had to purchase an optical cable in order to operate the equipment. Will definitely do business with this company again. Thank you guys!!!!

I bought it in good condition but it was perfect there was no scratches or anything it was exactly like brand new just without the box.

previous owner still has his AirPods connected to his iPhone is there any way how to contact him and fix that?

Be nice to have instructions in English as well as the other languages and a plug that works in Ireland but otherwise very happy.

First time using back market- so far a good experience. The airpods were clean and looked brand new. The left earbud has a glitch where it pauses when I turn my head too quickly to the right- likely a slight sensor error but the function can be turned off in settings if it really bothers me. For the low cost, definitely a good purchase.
