Computer is functional, came as expected with ONE glaring fault; It was advertised as having a GB QWERTY keyboard layout, but that's clearly not the case, it's US-based. The @ key is an alt of 2, instead of the expected quote (") key. It doesn't affect me much as I'm a touch typist, but thus isn't exactly as advertised either

I am delighted with my purchase of the asus Zenbook from Back Market. The product arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and exactly as described. The design is sleek, light, and ultra-thin, making it an ideal choice for working on the move. The screen is crisp and bright, providing an excellent viewing experience for work and play. Performance-wise, the PC is fast and responsive, even with multiple applications open. What's more, buying refurbished means you're doing your bit for the environment and saving money at the same time. I highly recommend it!

This is amazing, can't quiet believe this is 2nd hand/ refurbished. It was a bit slow at first but I suspect that was because it had to get the new updates and Windows 11. After a few days it's good as new. No scratches or damage, speed is great and overall just wow. Very happy. Also, delivery was much quicker than expected considering it came from another company! Packaged very safely

The computer took a little while to get used to, but in all honesty, for a refurbished computer in perfect condition, it's great. No scratches, all keys work. Really very happy with this purchase!

I knew beforehand that my ordered asus vivobook would not be the fastest, but had hoped for a slightly faster one. Despite this, I am super satisfied and the laptop looks brand new.

Pc received two days ago, the cosmetic condition is OK, just small scratches on the pc (nothing very serious). However, what bothers me the most is the fact that the "Caps lock" button is physically disconnected (it's as if it jammed). It also lacks a jack port, which was indicated on the description. On the other hand, I was surprised to discover that the keyboard was backlit, which wasn't mentioned in the description. In conclusion, I'm going to test it for 1 month to see if the problem with the Caps lock key is resolved or not and then I'll see if I return the product.

The purchase and delivery went very well. Later I discovered that the camera did not work with the Camera, Zoom, Google meet... software. However, the camera works very well with Windows Hello facial recognition. I checked the system settings which, although correct, did not allow access to the camera with the software already mentioned. I looked in the Bios. I found an option to block access to the camera. Windows Hello facial recognition was no longer working. I reset this software switch to its initial value. Windows Hello worked again, but still no apps with the camera as input. I went back to the Bios. I discovered an extension to the Bios. I took the risk of inhibiting it. I rebooted. The computer didn't start. I put the extension back in the Bios and rebooted. Windows initialised and since then the applications have had access to the camera. I'm satisfied with the result but I can't explain it. Apparently this extension has something to do with it. Didn't I get a Bios from a company that restricts the use of the camera? I didn't send you this PC because I needed it and I didn't want to risk it being unavailable for too long. It's working just fine. It was delivered on time, no delays. Looks new, no scratches and the battery is really good, lasts very long. I was skeptical at first but I recommend them!
