Computer is functional, came as expected with ONE glaring fault; It was advertised as having a GB QWERTY keyboard layout, but that's clearly not the case, it's US-based. The @ key is an alt of 2, instead of the expected quote (") key. It doesn't affect me much as I'm a touch typist, but thus isn't exactly as advertised either

This is amazing, can't quiet believe this is 2nd hand/ refurbished. It was a bit slow at first but I suspect that was because it had to get the new updates and Windows 11. After a few days it's good as new. No scratches or damage, speed is great and overall just wow. Very happy. Also, delivery was much quicker than expected considering it came from another company! Packaged very safely

The computer took a little while to get used to, but in all honesty, for a refurbished computer in perfect condition, it's great. No scratches, all keys work. Really very happy with this purchase!

Pc received two days ago, the cosmetic condition is OK, just small scratches on the pc (nothing very serious). However, what bothers me the most is the fact that the "Caps lock" button is physically disconnected (it's as if it jammed). It also lacks a jack port, which was indicated on the description. On the other hand, I was surprised to discover that the keyboard was backlit, which wasn't mentioned in the description. In conclusion, I'm going to test it for 1 month to see if the problem with the Caps lock key is resolved or not and then I'll see if I return the product.

A real bargain, it's as good as new, super light, it's the version that received so much praise in the comparative tests. The only downside is the connectivity: only usb c, which is really limited. Very happy with this purchase!

I have had the laptop for 2 months now and I must say I am more than satisfied. After ordering, I had it within 4 or 5 days which is pretty fast considering the laptop came from abroad. I used to have an I5 from the 8th generation, and this laptop is from the 11th generation and you do notice the difference. Photoshoping, music editing, video editing, everything it does with ease. The service was very good, and it even has a one-year warranty. All in all, I definitely recommend Backmarket if you are looking for a good reliable and affordable laptop. Ron Netherlands
