Computer is functional, came as expected with ONE glaring fault; It was advertised as having a GB QWERTY keyboard layout, but that's clearly not the case, it's US-based. The @ key is an alt of 2, instead of the expected quote (") key. It doesn't affect me much as I'm a touch typist, but thus isn't exactly as advertised either

Outstanding computer, arrived in a neutral box with the original charger without a scratch and without the slightest sign of use, OLED screen in like new condition with no dead pixels or burn in. For the price paid, really a great deal, same as new but almost 1000€ less in price. Communication with Black Market good, they are quick to respond and try to solve problems before contacting directly the shop that reconditioned the product. I would honestly give them 5 stars, I'm giving them 4 because of the courier they use, UPS just deserves to go bankrupt and close down forever, they make the parcels go round and round with no sense, the communication is very bad and when they answer you they are surly and don't know how to give information. Not even 24 hours to get to Italy from Belgium, another 5 days to tour northern Italy and finally deliver (to a UPS access point because they are so stupid they can't put an address on Google Maps to make the delivery).

So far I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The delivery was very fast and well packaged. The device is perfect and works perfectly. Perfectly suited to my needs. Thank you very much.

Fast and efficient transaction. However, the description of the features on Backmarket is not reliable. I had to contact the seller directly to get the right information. Last point, when buying a refurbished ASUS PC, register the device as soon as possible on the ASUS site and check the warranty period. I've been fighting with Asus for over a week now because, after registering, my device is recognised as having a 6-month warranty instead of a 2-year warranty!

I received the order very quickly (in 2 days). The computer looks and functions like new. A nice surprise for me, as I had my doubts about refurbished computers. It's a habit I'm definitely going to adopt.

This is amazing, can't quiet believe this is 2nd hand/ refurbished. It was a bit slow at first but I suspect that was because it had to get the new updates and Windows 11. After a few days it's good as new. No scratches or damage, speed is great and overall just wow. Very happy. Also, delivery was much quicker than expected considering it came from another company! Packaged very safely

Hello, I received the computer, well packaged and it works well. However, the fact that it is a refurbished device means that it has been returned to factory condition (reset to zero), like new products, which was not the case with this computer, given that when I switched it on for the first time, I found myself with applications that are not supposed to be on a reset PC (for example, Fortnite on the desktop). In other words, I had to do all the work myself, which I shouldn't have done in the first place. I'm not a computer expert by any means, so the fact that I had to solve the problem of a third-party administrator and Windows defender that wouldn't activate even after uninstalling the previous one for more than six hours (including a big three-hour reset), really annoyed me. I'm happy with my purchase but disappointed with the service.

Super fast delivery in 2 days. The pc itself is like new and at this price, with the performance it has, it's not every day you find one. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product.

Refurbished PC that works perfectly. Very satisfied with the product: very attractive price for a top-of-the-range PC. Please note: as the product is imported from another country, its original non-azerty keyboard has been reconfigured and fitted with specific stickers to suit the French market. The adaptation in no way hinders its use, and the stickers seem durable.
