Having chosen to buy a new PC second hand, I found exactly the configuration I wanted. It was delivered to me very quickly, within 3 days, and I was surprised to have a laptop like new. No signs of wear, scratches or anything else, and it performed perfectly. A switch to Windows Pro for my personal needs and that was it. I highly recommend it for the planet and for your wallet.

Fast and efficient transaction. However, the description of the features on Backmarket is not reliable. I had to contact the seller directly to get the right information. Last point, when buying a refurbished ASUS PC, register the device as soon as possible on the ASUS site and check the warranty period. I've been fighting with Asus for over a week now because, after registering, my device is recognised as having a 6-month warranty instead of a 2-year warranty!

I received the order very quickly (in 2 days). The computer looks and functions like new. A nice surprise for me, as I had my doubts about refurbished computers. It's a habit I'm definitely going to adopt.

Very good laptop except for the speakers which sound like the sound is coming through a tin can underwater. It arrived really quickly too, was shipped out the day I ordered it, granted I ordered it at like 2am

Outstanding computer, arrived in a neutral box with the original charger without a scratch and without the slightest sign of use, OLED screen in like new condition with no dead pixels or burn in. For the price paid, really a great deal, same as new but almost 1000€ less in price. Communication with Black Market good, they are quick to respond and try to solve problems before contacting directly the shop that reconditioned the product. I would honestly give them 5 stars, I'm giving them 4 because of the courier they use, UPS just deserves to go bankrupt and close down forever, they make the parcels go round and round with no sense, the communication is very bad and when they answer you they are surly and don't know how to give information. Not even 24 hours to get to Italy from Belgium, another 5 days to tour northern Italy and finally deliver (to a UPS access point because they are so stupid they can't put an address on Google Maps to make the delivery).

Bought it for my girlfriend because she wanted to play the sims 4 lol. i knew she’d get bored of the sims eventually so i looked for a laptop that would be able to run a few other games and this one was pretty perfect for her budget 👍👍

Frankly, I was sceptical, but now I'm ecstatic. Given that I still had to pay for the order, we're not in heaven yet, but we're getting close. The computer is exactly as described in the offer and has been reset and everything. The charger came with it, in the original box, which is in perfect condition! To quibble a bit, I would have liked to receive it before I ordered it, but you can't have everything in life: Backmarket is already pretty good 😉

The device works perfectly. Except that the battery drains quite fast even when doing simple tasks (in this case I don't use it for gaming, more for illustration and animation which is quite demanding). And the keyboard seems to be damaged as it doesn't connect properly. Sometimes it has small glitches and you have to reboot a couple of times. But otherwise it works great

The item is in excellent condition, as advertised. However, I would like to point out that there is a problem with the brightness, which cannot be adjusted, and this is not the responsibility of the Back Market service but of ASUS. By searching the forums I was able to find a solution, but you need to know before you buy.
