I received the order very quickly (in 2 days). The computer looks and functions like new. A nice surprise for me, as I had my doubts about refurbished computers. It's a habit I'm definitely going to adopt.

Hello, I received the computer, well packaged and it works well. However, the fact that it is a refurbished device means that it has been returned to factory condition (reset to zero), like new products, which was not the case with this computer, given that when I switched it on for the first time, I found myself with applications that are not supposed to be on a reset PC (for example, Fortnite on the desktop). In other words, I had to do all the work myself, which I shouldn't have done in the first place. I'm not a computer expert by any means, so the fact that I had to solve the problem of a third-party administrator and Windows defender that wouldn't activate even after uninstalling the previous one for more than six hours (including a big three-hour reset), really annoyed me. I'm happy with my purchase but disappointed with the service.

Super fast delivery in 2 days. The pc itself is like new and at this price, with the performance it has, it's not every day you find one. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product.

The computer runs very well, and there's nothing to say about the in-game performance, which suits me perfectly at the moment. However, I'm very disappointed with the battery life. It doesn't really last more than an hour without charging. For a refurbished product, I would have liked the battery to be in good condition, given that it's a part that wears out... I'll probably have to change it. See if your warranty covers it.

An exceptional value for money offer, it's a shame there aren't any other exceptional bargains. Received in superb condition, I could even say like new. Looking forward to touring it to its full potential I remain pleasantly satisfied!

The computer arrived well packed. Windows 11 already installed. It works very well. A bit of fan noise when the GPU is working hard but that's ok. I hope it will make me 15 years like my last ASUS!!!! Thanks Back Market :)

The item is in excellent condition, as advertised. However, I would like to point out that there is a problem with the brightness, which cannot be adjusted, and this is not the responsibility of the Back Market service but of ASUS. By searching the forums I was able to find a solution, but you need to know before you buy.

Super fast delivery, the computer is in excellent condition! The only downside is that the battery life seems really short, but given that this is my first experience with a gaming laptop, I don't know if that's normal. If it is, it's a 5-star rating.
